查了查食記,上次造訪『匠樂』竟然已經是六年前了,當時『匠樂』才剛開幕沒多久。時隔多年再訪,發現『匠樂』已不可同日而語,六年來的變化真的很大。

門口的簾子由綠變紅了,招牌在歲月的洗禮下也已有些班駁。

甜點
店家不太喜歡客人拍照,所以amy只用手機拍了一小部份,照片上大概是當天吃的三分之一吧,坦白說六年的時間『匠樂』進步很多,這天的料理非常的棒,鮮度、溫度、味道都無可挑剔,難怪就算中午套餐一個人加上服務費後要價將近$3000仍是天天客滿、一位難求,確實是一家吃了會想再訪的日本料理店。
